How to refer a new employee?
It’s very easy!

- We will get in contact with the person you referred within 1 working day to plan an interview
- In due time we’ll inform you if your referral is eligible, and whether the person will be hired
- You get paid
500€ once your friend completes 3 months of work at Yource Bulgaria / Yource Greece

General Conditions
Only active employees of Yource Bulgaria and of Yource Greece are eligible to participate in and benefit from this referral program.
- You can refer the same person only once
- Your referral needs to come via this referral form
- You are still an active employee by the time your referral reaches 3 months in the company
The person you are referring
- Did not work at Yource Bulgaria or Yource Greece in the past 6 months
- Did not apply by himself, and/or his CV was not presented to Yource by any other source yet, for example a recruitment partner
- Will work either full time (40 hours per week), or part time (minimum 30 hours per week)
You get rewarded with this Employee Referral Bonus of 500€ once the person completes his first three months of employment with Yource Bulgaria or Yource Greece.
Once this condition is fulfilled, the full amount will be paid out at once as a bonus to your next due salary.
