First surveillance audit EN15838 (ECCS) at Yource Bulgaria successful
This week Yource Bulgaria was undergoing its first EN 15838:2009 (ECCS) annual surveillance audit. For 2 and half days Mr. Rulev from SGS was checking how compliant we are in our work to the standard’s requirements. We are proud to announce that Yource Bulgaria was confirmed as completely compliant with the strict requirements of the EN 15838 standard and therefore well established in providing a high quality service to its clients. Mr. Rulev was impressed with our organization, the commitment of our teams and also with the work that everybody provides on a daily basis. Yource Bulgaria is still the only contact center in Bulgaria and the Balkan region who successfully adopted the certification.
